Knockout round

For the final round it was originally planned to let the four group winners from the group stage play against each other in a knockout round, with a game for third place for the semi-final losers. Both finalists and the winner of the game for third place would have qualified for the CONCACAF Champions League 2014/15 .

On March 31, 2014, the CFU announced that Valencia FC, which had received a bye to the finals, would not be able to participate in the competition after the Haitian Football Association failed to confirm the club as an active member of the association. After consulting the CONCACAF with the three group winners Puerto Rico Bayamón, Waterhouse FC and Alpha United, the CFU decided to give all three teams permission to start the CONCACAF Champions League. The final round was then canceled for reasons of cost.
