CIFA Foster's National League

The Cayman Islands League is the top division of football in the Cayman Islands . It was founded in 1980 and has been an organizational part of the FIFA continental association CONCACAF since 1992 . So far, no team has taken part in CONCACAF club competitions. In 2002, a Cayman Islands team qualified for the CFU Club Championship for the first time , with George Town SC taking part. It was not until 2010 that a team from the Cayman Islands qualified again with Elite SC, but they could not take part in the tournament due to travel problems.

The current title holder in 2018 and record champion with 11 successes is Scholars International FC .
