Greenland Football Championship
The Greenland Football Championship ( Danish: Grønlandsmesterskabet i foldbold , from 2003 to 2007 Coca Cola GM ) has been the top division of football in Greenland since 1954 . It has been organized by the Greenland Football Association Kalaallit Arsaattartut Kattuffiat since 1971 . In previous years, however, Grønlands Idrætsforbund championships were held.
The championship consists of three phases. First, the clubs have to qualify in local championships for the finals, which are played in groups. The top-ranked teams then play the championship in the knockout system.
Greenland's record champion is Bóltfelag 67 Nuuk with 13 championship titles, the current title holder is Nagdlunguaq-48 , who won his 11th championship title in 2019.
