Premier League of Belize

The Premier League of Belize is the top division of the National Football Association of Belize. It was created on December 28, 2011 from the merger of the Belize Premier Football League and the Super League of Belize . The record winner is Belmopan Bandits SC with nine titles.

The league plays an opening and a close season every six months . Therefore there are two championship teams per season. After a round-trip round with a total of 14 games, the four best teams play out the champions in play-off mode.
