history
The CH Jaca, which was founded in 1972, is the most successful Spanish team with eleven championships won ahead of CH Txuri Urdin . Jaca also won the Spanish Cup thirteen times. Jaca has won all of its titles since the mid-1980s, most recently the club was champions and cup winners in 2012. Of all Spanish teams, Jaca has the best record in European competitions. Nevertheless, the balance is very negative with eight wins in 37 games. During the IIHF Continental Cup 2005/06 , the team won all three first round matches against HK Slawia Sofia from Bulgaria , Hapoel Amos Lod from Israel and Polis Akademisi Ankara from Turkey , but lost in part significantly in the second round against the favored HK Junost Minsk from Belarus , Kazzink torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk from Kazakhstan and HK Sokol Kiev from Ukraine .
