The CIA Memorial Wall has been a memorial at the Central Intelligence Agency headquarters in Langley, Virginia since July 1974 . The memorial is intended to commemorate those employees who lost their lives in the exercise of their service.

The memorial is located on the north wall of the lobby in the headquarters. There are currently 111 stars engraved on white marble . Each star symbolizes a CIA employee who died on duty. Each star is 2¼ inches (~ 5.71 cm) wide and tall and ½ inch (~ 1.3 cm) deep. The distance between the stars is 6 inches (~ 15.25 cm). The memorial is framed by two flags, the US flag on the left and the CIA flag on the right.

The book of honor, which is bound in saffiano leather , is another part of the memorial. The book is attached to the wall in a steel frame below the stars. The lid of the frame is made of glass so that the inscription of the book can be read. In the book, the names, provided they are not confidential, and the circumstances of their death are listed. In July 2014, only 84 names of the 111 stars are listed in the book.
