KK CING ( Japanese 株式会社 シ ン グ , Kabushiki kaisha Shingu , English CING Inc. ) was a Japanese game developer based in Fukuoka and a branch in Tokyo .
Their development area included the PlayStation 2 , the Nintendo DS , the Nintendo Wii and, to a large extent, cell phones . CING was founded on April 22, 1999 in Fukuoka . In 2003, Garasu no Bara was the first game for a console to be released.
In March 2010, the developer had to file for bankruptcy due to a debt of 256 million yen.
