CJ Fish is Country Joe and the Fish's fifth album . It was published in 1970 and peaked at number 111 on the Billboard 200 .
In their line-up, known from the Woodstock Festival, the group Country Joe and the Fish took up the psychedelic style of their first two albums. But the imminent separation of the group was already becoming apparent: Country Joe McDonald released his first two solo albums Thinking of Woody Guthrie and Tonight I'm Singing Just for You shortly before their release .
