The Caleta Salvador Reyes ( Spanish ) is a bay on the north coast of Elephant Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It lies between Cape Belsham in the west and Point Wild in the east.
Scientists from the 9th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1954–1955) named it after the Chilean writer Salvador Reyes Figueroa (1899–1970), Chilean ambassador to the United Kingdom .
