Camping Club de France
The Camping Club de France (CCDF), headquartered in Paris , was in 1910 from the merger of Camping Club Français and Campeurs de France forth and takes the place of the pioneer among the French Camping - trade associations a. He owns 11 campsites and manages 9 others.
The CCDF organized its first camping rally in 1912 in the Compiègne forest and opened its first campsite in 1926 in the Meudon forest . He carried through numerous publications such as camping guide Le Guide des Camps organisés that reference Le Manuel du camping and camping magazine La Clairière significantly to the development of the camp system and promoted the quality of camping accessories through founded within the club technical commission to award a label to Manufacturer.
The Camping Club de France is an important founding member of several umbrella organizations , such as the international umbrella organization established in 1933, now known as the Fédération Internationale de Camping et de Caravaning (FICC), and the Union française des associations de camping (UFAC) founded in 1938 in 1952 in Fédération francaise de Camping et de caravanning renamed (FFCC) French umbrella organization, and launched in 1947 Fédération française de la randonnée pédestre (FFRandonnée). It is affiliated with the Alliance Internationale de Tourisme (AIT).
