Captain Z-RO

Captain Z-Ro was the first science fiction - television series of the world that the theme of time travel themed. The formal role model was Captain Video and His Video Rangers .

Technical specifications

From November 1951 to June 10, 1956, a total of 77 episodes were produced by Kathleen K. Rawlings for the station "Kron" in San Francisco . From 1951 to 1954 the episodes were 15 minutes long, followed by 30 minutes.

Like Captain Video and His Video Rangers , Space Patrol, and Tom Corbett, Space Cadet , Captain Z-RO was a purely commercial company funded by advertising revenue.

Presumably the series was broadcast live until 1953 , but from 1953, as far as is known, recorded on video , from 1955 on film .
