The Caritas Betriebsführungs- undträgergesellschaft (CBT) is responsible for 21 facilities in 14 cities in the Rhineland : inpatient, semi-inpatient and day care, living with service / assisted living, multigenerational houses and shared apartments for older people.

The CBT - Caritas-Betriebsführungs- undträgergesellschaft was founded in 1979 as a non-profit, Catholic supporting company. The CBT is owned by the Diocesan Caritas Association for the Archdiocese of Cologne eV and the Archdiocese of Cologne . The CBT sees itself as a learning organization and has made a name for itself since its foundation as a modern social enterprise that provides high-quality services in the field of tension between humanity and economic efficiency.

The managing directors of CBT are Christoph Tettinger and Helmut Logistik.
