Carl Auer publishing house
The Carl-Auer Verlag with headquarters in Heidelberg was established in 1989. The ten founders of the publishing house included psychotherapists , psychologists , psychiatrists , university professors , teaching therapists , management consultants and philosophers , whose books have previously appeared in major publishing houses and have been translated into several languages. They wanted short publication channels, no editorial mind control and the courage to take risks for unorthodox book projects.
