Carl Beck & Comp. Seed cultivation and seed wholesale was a company active in the cultivation and trading of seeds in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt . The listed factory in Severinweg 7 north of Quedlinburg's old town was preserved.
The company was founded on January 1, 1894. The buildings in Severinweg that still exist today were built at the beginning of the 20th century. It is decorated with brick ornaments. The structure is made up of double pilasters . To the south of this is a three-storey half - timbered building , built around 1925 , with a bricked ground floor. The building is covered with a half-hip roof .
To the northwest, the courtyard is closed off by a building constructed in a similar manner. The factory owner's villa Lindenstrasse 10, which is also a listed building, is located south of the company premises.
