Carl Betz (actor)

Carl Betz (born March 9, 1921 in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania , USA, † January 18, 1978 in Los Angeles , California , USA) was an American actor.

He had his first role in 1952 in the film Four Pearls . With John Wayne he later turned the three films El Dorado , Chisum and The Train Robbers . In 1969 he won the Golden Globe and the Emmy for his role as Clinton Judd in the series Judd for the Defense .
