Carl Bieri (born October 17, 1894 in Bern ; † February 18, 1962 ibid) von Schangnau was a Swiss painter and graphic artist .

Bieri created wall paintings and tapestries for public buildings in Bern, school murals and illustrations for books. From 1919 to 1962 he lived in the lowest house on Klapperläubli (Nydeggstalden 32) in Bern.

The artist's estate is in private hands.
