Carl Gauermann
Carl Gauermann (born August 21, 1804 in Miesenbach (Lower Austria) ; † October 23, 1829 there ) was an Austrian painter.
Life
Carl Gauermann was the son of Jakob Gauermann and the older brother of Friedrich Gauermann . He learned landscape painting from his father . He went on numerous study trips with his brother. He found the preferred motifs for his watercolors in the Schneeberg area and in the Salzkammergut .
