Carl Ludwig Max Behrens
Carl Ludwig Max Behrens (born September 23, 1850 in Thale ; † January 7, 1908 in Charlottenburg ) was a Prussian officer , most recently major general and commander of the 1st foot artillery brigade.
He was the son of the military doctor and later writer Hugo Behrens (pseudonym: B. Renz). His mother came from Thale.
Behrens was the first to be buried in a family grave at the Radebeul-West cemetery , where his parents lived in Kötzschenbroda , Saxony , in front of his parents and his sister, known as the writer Wilhelmine Heimburg . The family grave in the listed cemetery is viewed as worthy of protection from the point of view of town history and the preservation of monuments.
