Carl Theodor Friedrich Lang , von Lang from 1850 , (born March 7, 1801 in Blaubeuren , † after 1882) was a Württemberg chief bailiff.

Life and work

Carl Theodor Friedrich Lang attended the Latin school in Brackenheim and the grammar schools in Heilbronn and Stuttgart. In 1826 he passed the higher service examination. Between 1816 and 1825 he was employed by the city and administrative clerks in Öhringen and Welzheim . From 1825 to 1830 he was chief actuary in Tettnang , from 1830 to 1831 in Ludwigsburg. Between 1831 and 1834 he held several positions as auditor and assistant clerk. In 1834 he became auditor for the government of the Neckar District in Ludwigsburg . From 1837 to 1843 he was then Oberamtmann in Oberndorf , from 1843 to 1846 in Backnang and from 1846 to 1882 in Ludwigsburg , since 1858 with the title and rank of government councilor. In 1882 he retired. From 1847 Carl Theodor Friedrich von Lang was a corresponding member of the Central Office for Agriculture.
