Carlie Jeanne Davis (born February 27, 1991 ) is an American soccer player who was last under contract with Herford SV in the women's Bundesliga .
Career
During her studies at Baylor University , Davis played for the Baylor Bears university team from 2009 to 2012 . In the summer of 2012 she also ran for the W-League participant Colorado Rush , with which she missed the play-offs . During the 2013 and 2014 seasons of the National Women's Soccer League , she was in the extended squad of Portland Thorns FC , but did not come to any competitive game. Davis then moved to the Cypriot series champion and Champions League participant Apollon Limassol , with whom she was eliminated in the round of 32 against the Danish representative Brøndby IF . In January 2015 she joined the Bundesliga bottom Herford SV .
