Carlo Karcher
Carlo Karcher (born November 17, 1951 ) is a German lawyer .
Life
In 1993 Karcher became the presiding judge at the Federal Disciplinary Court in Frankfurt am Main. Afterwards he was presiding judge of different chambers of the troop service courts north in Münster and south in Munich. From 2004 to 2014 he was President of the Troop Service Court (TDG) Nord in Münster. In 2014 he was retired.
