Troop Service Court North

The Troop Service Court North ( TDG Nord ), based in Münster, is a federal court (Germany) within the division of the Federal Ministry of Defense (BMVg). The military service court is the military service court for the disciplinary proceedings against soldiers according to the military disciplinary code (WDO) and for decisions in defense complaints according to the military complaint code (WBO).

On the basis of Section 69 (1) and (2) sentence 2 WDO, the BMVg has ordered the establishment of two troop service courts (north and south) with a total of 14  chambers - two of which are currently empty chambers ( ErrV ; TrDGV ). As part of this reorganization, the chambers in Kassel , Koblenz and Oldenburg , which previously belonged to the court , have been removed from July 1, 2006 and the chambers in Hanover from September 1, 2012.

The Troop Service Court North is responsible for the offices in Berlin , Brandenburg , Bremen , Hamburg , Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania , Lower Saxony , North Rhine-Westphalia with the exception of the administrative district of Cologne , Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein .

The chambers of the Troop Service Court North are:

  • the 1st and 2nd chambers in Münster
  • the 3rd and 4th chambers in Hamburg
  • the 5th and 6th chambers in Potsdam
  • the 7th chamber in Koblenz - currently empty chamber
