Military service court

As military service court are in Germany , the summary federal courts referred to above cases, the Military Disciplinary Code (WDO) and Military Complaints Regulations decide (WBO). these are

• Troop service courts as the first instance (since 1972):
  • Troop Service Court North in Münster
  • Troop Service Court South in Munich
  • Troop Service Court in Koblenz (until 1992)
• the two military service senates of the Federal Administrative Court as complaints and appeal bodies :
  • 1st Military Service Senate of the Federal Administrative Court
  • 2. Military service senate of the Federal Administrative Court

Historically, the following military service courts also existed:

• Troop service courts A – F (1957–1972; F since 1959)
• Troop Service Court in Koblenz (1972–1992)
