The Carlo Schmid School Freiburg is a state-approved and state-recognized vocational school independently sponsored by the International Federation in Freiburg im Breisgau . It was opened on November 28, 2009 and is named after the politician Carlo Schmid (1896–1979).

The headmistress is Ursula Metzger-Horoba.
