Carlos Johan Gálviz García (born October 27, 1989 ) is a Venezuelan road cyclist.
Carlos Gálviz made it to the podium of a stage several times at the Vuelta al Táchira 2008. He was also twice third in the stage at the Doble Sucre Potosí Gran Premio and once third in the Vuelta a Venezuela . At the road cycling world championship 2008 in Varese he started in the road race of the U23 class, which he did not finish. In the 2009 season Gálviz was in Quibor Venezuelan champion in the individual time trial of the U23 class.
