Carlos Alberto Schneberger Lemp (also with the name spelling Schneeberger or Schnëeberger led) (born June 21, 1902 in Lautaro , Chile , † October 1, 1973 in Temuco , Chile) was a Chilean football player .

Schneberger, who played in the position of striker , was a member of the national team of his home country . After his international debut against Uruguay on December 10, 1927, he took part with Chile in both the 1928 Summer Olympics and the first World Cup in 1930 . In both tournaments he completed two more international matches in the role of team captain .

A stadium in Temuco is called "Estadio Carlos Schneeberger".
