Carlos Vasallo Rojas

Carlos Vasallo Rojas (born June 26, 1908 in Santiago de Chile , † July 28, 1983 there ) was a Chilean politician and diplomat .

Vasallo Rojas was Minister for Public Health and Social Welfare from March 1, 1954 to June 4, 1954. Later he was Undersecretary of State in the Chilean Ministry of Foreign Relations and Deputy Foreign Minister. He was ambassador to Italy during the fall of Salvador Allende . He returned to his home country in early 1982 and died on July 28, 1983 at the age of 75.
