history

Archaeological finds prove that the municipality was settled during the Bronze Age .

The first written mention of the village took place in 1000, when Duke Boleslav III. The Benedictine monastery Insula left several villages and fishermen in Dražová, Třebaň and Lahovice. After the construction of the new Karlstein Castle , Charles IV bought part of the Třebaň settlement on both sides of the ford of the trade route from Mořina to Hostomice from the Benedictines and added it to the Karlštejn castle. In the following, this part of the settlement closer to the castle was referred to as Přední Třebaň ( Front Třebaň ) and the part on the other side of the Berounka was called Zadní Třebaň ( Rear Třebaň ). After Zadní Třebaň came to the Karlstein rule in 1550 , the name Hlásná Třebaň soon arose from the special duties of the residents of Přední Třebaň , who had to perform guard and warning services at Karlstein Castle . There is evidence of a judge in Hlásná Třebaň since 1651. In the berní rula from 1657, 17 families with 91 people are listed for Hlásná Třebaň. In 1775 the manorial court was parceled out, creating the Rovina settlement. The fertile soil on the sliding slope of a river bend was well suited for agriculture. In addition, several basket weavers worked in Hlásná Třebaň.

In 1846 there was Vorder-Třebáň or Předno-Třebáň , also Hlasná-Třebáň from 53 houses with 402 inhabitants. There was an inn in the village. On the other side was the Dominikalsiedlung Rowin and Rowina , which consisted of 19 houses and also had an inn. The parish was Řewnitz . Until the middle of the 19th century the village remained subservient to the kk Tafel rulership of Karlstein in the Berauner district .

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Hlásná Třebaň / front Třebaň 1850 a municipality in the judicial district of Beroun. In 1868 the municipality was assigned to the Hořowitz district . During the flood on the night of May 25th to 26th, 1872, the entire village was flooded. Rovina was umgemeindet in 1880 from Zadní Třebaň to Hlásná Třebaň. From the end of the 19th century until 1924, Přední Třebaň was also used as an official place name. Until the beginning of the 20th century, Hlásná Třebaň remained a small rural village. The emerging tourism, especially the proximity to Karlštejn Castle, led to the construction of the first holiday cottages in the 1930s. Since 1936 Hlásná Třebaň belongs to the Okres Beroun. In 1980 a flood of the Berounka left severe damage, followed the following year by a flood of the century. During the flood from 12-14 August 2002 the place sank again in the floods of the Berounka, 50 hectares of the municipal area were under water. The total damage was estimated at 53 million crowns. In 2006 Hlásná Třebaň consisted of 285 houses with 606 inhabitants, most of whom commute to work in the surrounding towns. Agriculture only plays a minor role.
