Carmen Ros Nortes

Carmen Ros Nortes NSC (born December 20, 1953 in Espinardo , Murcia ) is a Spanish nun . She is Undersecretary of the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life .

Life

Carmen Ros Nortes joined the congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Consolation founded by Rosa Molas y Vallvé , where she made perpetual profession on January 19, 1986 . She holds degrees in theology, education and human sciences. In 1985 she obtained a licentiate in Mariology at the Marianum in Rome . She has served in various fields within the Order and as a missionary in South Korea . Since 1992 she has been a member of the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life . Pope Francis appointed her undersecretary of the same on February 23, 2018.
