Carsten Reinemann

Carsten Reinemann (* 1971 in Cologne ) is a German communication scientist .

Life

Reinemann studied journalism , political science and psychology at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 1991 , from 1994 to 1996 as a scholarship holder of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung . After completing his master's degree in 1997, he received a position as a research assistant or assistant to Jürgen Wilke at the Mainz Institute for Journalism . In 2002 he was awarded a Dr. phil. PhD and 2007 habilitation he specialized in Mass Communication.

Since 2007 he has been professor of communication studies with a focus on political communication at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . He is also co-editor of the magazine for politics .
