Casa Perducci is a palace in Venice in the Veneto region of Italy . It is located in the Cannaregio sestiere overlooking the Grand Canal between the Palazzo Civran and the Palazzo Ruzzini , a little in front of the Fondaco dei Tedeschi .

description

The small palace has three floors and an attic . In the middle of the ground floor there is a pointed arch portal to the water, to which three single, rectangular windows at full height connect on the left. The right one is only half as wide as the other two. They are just as more recent as the one-story extension on the right-hand side of the facade, which has a rectangular double window in the middle, which is flanked by two individual, barred windows.

On the first floor there is a double window with keel arches in the middle of the facade , which is flanked by two pairs of individual keel arched windows. All of these windows are also room-high. On the roof of the single-storey extension on the right side of the facade is a terrace. The double window has a balcony with a stone parapet .

The second floor is lower than the first, but has the same window layout as this one. The windows are also lower and bricked up. The middle double window has a balcony with a cast iron railing.

On the roof, above the middle double window of the second floor, there is a more recent gable dormer with a small, rectangular double window. To the left of it, towards the one floor higher Palazzo Civran, is a wooden platform with a similar railing on the roof.
