Casey Ramirez (born December 8, 1989 in Yardley , Pennsylvania ) is an American soccer player who was last under contract with Portland Thorns FC until February 2014 .
Career
Ramirez played from 2008 to 2009 for the W-League participant New Jersey Wildcats . From 2010 to 2012 she played in 32 league games for Ottawa Fury before moving to Denmark for first division club Fortuna Hjørring . In June 2013, Ramirez joined the Portland Thorns with her compatriot Tiffany Weimer . She made her league debut there on June 22nd against Sky Blue FC as a substitute. In February 2014 she, like her teammate Emilee O'Neil , was released from Portland and took part in a trial training session with the Western New York Flash in March 2014 .
