Caspar Gabriel Groening
Caspar Gabriel Gröning , also Kaspar Gabriel Gröning (born August 26, 1752 in Wismar ; † November 15, 1799 ibid) was a German lawyer and author.
Life
Caspar Gabriel Gröning attended the large city school Wismar and studied in Giessen . He received his doctorate in law in 1778. Then he was a lawyer at the Royal Swedish Tribunal in Wismar .
Gröning published translations from Swedish (e.g. by Peter Jonas Bergius or Carl Peter Thunberg ) and in 1795 published the Wismarsche Wochenblatt .
