Caspar Wistar Bell
Caspar Wistar Bell (born February 2, 1819 in Prince Edward County , Virginia , † October 27, 1898 in Brunswick , Chariton County , Missouri ) was an American politician from the 19th century .
Bell represented the State of Missouri in the Provisional Confederate Congress between 1861 and 1862 and in the 1st Confederate Congress between 1862 and 1864 .
He died in Brunswick and was then buried there in Douglas Cemetery .
