Ghost Casper hated scaring people. But that is exactly what will later become his undoing. All spirits have to do this at least once a year. Casper's three uncles fall at another extreme. They are illegally just terrifying. Kibosh, the ruler of all spirits, gives the four of them an ultimatum until Christmas - if Casper doesn't frighten anyone by then, he will be banished into eternal darkness. His uncles have exactly the same fate, only that the three of them mustn't scare anyone until Christmas. That leads to some funny events and tangles. After all, it's up to Casper to fix everything.
