Casper Zafer

Casper Zafer (born October 26, 1974 ) is a British actor of Ukrainian origin. In some films he is also shown as Caspar Zafer .

Life

Zafer, whose father comes from the Ukraine, spent a large part of his childhood and youth in Central Europe. From 1994 to 1997 he studied performing arts at the University College of Ripon and York St John. From 2001 to 2002 he played in the TV series Dream Team . He played a security guard in The Hound of the Baskervilles from 2002. In this film he was first shown as Caspar Zafer. He took on a bigger role in Lady Musketeer - All for One , where he played Gaston . In 2006 he played the lead role in Crusader 8 - The White Knight . He became known among younger audiences as Finn Mikaelson in the series The Vampire Diaries . Zafer took on his role as Finn , who was previously played in another body of Yusuf Gatewood , also in the spin-off The Originals .

Trivia

  • Zafer is the world record holder in ocean rowing . At the Great Pacific Race 2014, which took place in the summer of 2014, he and three other rowers covered 2,400 miles (3862.426 kilometers) from Monterey to Waikīkī in their boat Uniting Nations in the record time of 43 days.
