The Castlereagh River or Castlereagh Creek is a river in the Kimberley region in the northeast of the Australian state of Western Australia .

geography

The river has its source in the western part of the Violet Valley Aboriginal Reserve , around 118 kilometers northeast of Halls Creek . From there it flows north through completely unpopulated area, where it flows into the Wilson River at the northern end of the eastern part of the King Leopold Ranges .
