Catharina Bruns
Catharina Bruns (* 1979 in Hamburg ) is a German entrepreneur and non-fiction author.
Bruns studied media culture in Hamburg . She worked in online marketing and design in Ireland and the USA .
Together with Sophie Pester , she is the founder of the do-it-yourself company “supercraft”, the design platform and notebook manufacturer “Lemon Books” and a studio for business development and entrepreneurship for the self-employed “Happy New Monday”. With Sophie Pester, she also organizes the “hello handmade” design market in Hamburg every year. In her book Work is not a job she outlines a concept of work that is based on self-empowerment.
She lives and works in Berlin .
