Catherine Wilkin

Catherine Wilkin (* 22. August 1945 in England ) is a British actress .

Life

Catherine Wilkin was born in England in 1945. She lost her then partner and actor Bill Stalker in a traffic accident in 1981. Both were on a motorcycle. As a passenger, she only injured her leg. She is married to actor Peter McCauley .

Catherine Wilkin made her acting debut in 1977 on the Australian television series Cop Shop as attorney Kate McGrath . She embodied this role in several episodes. In the film drama Net of Lies , she played the role of Marion Lee in a supporting role . This was the only film with her that was released in theaters . For the Australian series Blue Heelers , Wilkin was in front of the camera for 14 episodes from 1997 to 1999 as Sally . In 1999 and 2002, she was seen in two different roles in two episodes of the television series The Lost World . From 2001 she played the character Elizabeth Regnery for 49 episodes in the family series Der Saddle Club . During the same period, she impersonated Elizabeth 'Liz' Ryan for 26 episodes in the drama series McLeod's Daughters .

On March 11, 1988, Wilkin received a Logia Award , in Australia, for her performance in the Rafferty's Rules series .

At the theater in Auckland City she played in 2010 in the play The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde , the role of Miss Prism .

In 2020 she can be seen in three episodes of Stateless .
