Cay von Fournier (born January 14, 1967 in Kiel ) is a German author, doctor, entrepreneur and lecturer.

Life

Cay von Fournier grew up in Upper Franconia. At the age of 22, he founded a software company. After studying medicine in Germany, the USA and New Zealand, he moved to Berlin in 1994 and worked as an assistant doctor at the Charité 's Virchow Clinic for six years . In 1998 he received his doctorate in medicine from the Berlin Humboldt University and in 1999 became a specialist in surgery. In 2000 he switched to Accenture's strategy consultancy and received his doctorate in economics from the Technical University of Dresden in 2002 .

Cay von Fournier has been the owner and managing director of a management consultancy in Berlin since 2002. In 2005 he founded a consulting company based in St. Gallen.

In his books von Fournier deals with topics related to holistic corporate management: value-oriented leadership, corporate culture , positioning strategies , work-life balance, corporate health. As a speaker and seminar leader, he is particularly aimed at medium-sized entrepreneurs and executives. He was honored with the DEKRA Award 2003 honorary award and the trainer book award 2011. In 2013 he was appointed to the juries of the projects “TOP JOB” (award of the three best “employers of the year”) and “TOP 100” (award of the hundred most innovative medium-sized companies). Today he lives with his family in Galgenen, Canton Schwyz.
