Ceballosia fruticosa is a species of the genus Ceballosia . A German-speaking name is Strauchige Ceballosie .
features
Ceballosia fruticosa is a loose shrub that reaches heights of 1 to 3 meters. The inflorescence has small bracts . The crown smells and is discreetly greenish-white in color. The corolla tube is narrow, long and hairy. The corolla lobes are pointed. The fruits are wrinkled, fleshy and black when ripe.
The flowering period usually extends from February to September, but the species can bloom all year round.
Occurrence
Ceballosia fruticosa is endemic to the Canary Islands . It grows in vegetation known as the succulent bush .

There are two varieties of Ceballosia fruticosa :
- Ceballosia fruticosa var. Fruticosa has simple, stalked, lanceolate leaves .
- Ceballosia fruticosa var. Angustifolia (Lam.) H.Förther has sessile and linear to almost sickle-shaped leaves.
