Cecilie Pedersen (born September 14, 1990 in Førde , Hordaland ) is a Norwegian football player . The striker plays for the first division Avaldsnes IL and the Norwegian national team .

Pedersen was named after good performance in the Norwegian U-19 selection - in a qualifying tournament for the European Championship, she scored five goals in three games - surprisingly appointed to the Norwegian squad for the European Championship 2009 in Finland. On August 19, 2009, she made her debut in a game against Sweden in the Norwegian national team.

The attacking player played five appearances with the Norwegian women's national team in Finland at the 2009 European Women's Football Championship and reached the semi-finals with her team . She was Norway's best goalscorer with two goals. She was appointed to the squad for the World Cup in Germany . In the preliminary round from the Norwegian team, she was used in all three games.
