Location of the municipality in the district before the 2013 territorial reform

Cedofeita is a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the northern Portuguese city of Porto . The community had 22,022 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

With the territorial reform in Portugal on September 29, 2013 , the municipalities of Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso , Sé , Miragaia , São Nicolau and Vitória were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, São Nicolau e Vitória . Cedofeita is the seat of this newly formed community.
