Location of the municipality in the district before the 2013 territorial reform

Miragaia is a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the northern Portuguese city of Porto . The community had 2070 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

With the territorial reform in Portugal on September 29, 2013 , the municipalities of Miragaia, São Nicolau , Vitória , Cedofeita , Santo Ildefonso and Sé were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, São Nicolau e Vitória .
