The Cenotaph Hill (English for monument hill ) is a 2070 m high and rocky mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Queen Maud Mountains, it rises 13 km north-northeast of Mount Fridtjof Nansen from a ridge that separates the Strøm glacier from the Liv glacier .
The southern group of a 1963-1964 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition visited the mountain and named it after its striking peak, which is reminiscent of a monument .
