Center of Liaison and Information of Masonic Powers Signatories of Strasbourg Appeal (CLIPSAS) is a liberal international association of Freemasons - Grand Lodge , in the January 22, 1961 Strasbourg was founded.
The organization was founded at the suggestion of the Grand Orient de France and 12 other grand lodges. Today CLIPSAS has 61 liberal grand lodges as members.
