Systematics
Synonyms of Harrisia 'Jusbertii' are Cereus jusbertii Rebut ex K.Schum. (1898), Eriocereus jusbertii (Rebut ex K.Schum.) Riccob. (1909), Harrisia jusbertii (Rebut ex K.Schum.) Harrisia 'Jusbertii' has never been found in nature. There is speculation that the plant could be a hybrid between a species of Harrisia and a species of Echinopsis . Then the correct name would be × Harrisinopsis jusbertii (Rebut ex K.Schum.) PVHeath . Other authors assume that this form is a chimera .
