Cesare Antonio Canavese (* 1672 in Melano ; † September 12, 1739 in Vienna ) was an Italian sculptor and plasterer who mainly worked in Austria and Bavaria.

Little is known about Canavese's life other than that he married twice. In 1712 he is mentioned as a civil sculptor and from 1720 as a court sculptor. Canavese was primarily the creator of magnificently designed baroque ovens, including those in the Vienna Hofburg . He was also involved in the design of the Karlskirche in Vienna.
