Chamber is an international music group whose singer and guitarist Marcus "Max" Testory comes from Austria, while the other musicians are German. Musically, the band combines elements of chamber music and neoclassical music with folkloric borrowings and uses only acoustic instruments.

Band history

Chamber was founded in 1998 by former A Wedding Anniversary and MELT musician Marcus "Max" Testory. In 2006 the band played the Once in a Lifetime tour together with ASP , on which both bands played their songs together in acoustic versions. After this tour Natalie Eis, Katharina Kranich, Elisabeth Kranich and Tina Kögel left the band, and Max Testory and Ralf Hübner announced that they would devote more time to their project Quadro Nero . Instead, the remaining band members set up a new line-up with which they recorded the album Transitions , which was released on October 26, 2007.

In order to live up to his visions and to keep his own independence, Marcus Testory founded his own label "Delicious Releases" in 2009, on which all future releases of the band should appear. The band also announced that a best of album called "Dix Ans" would be released in honor of Trisol .
