The Champion-automotive GmbH of Paderborn was a German automobile manufacturer . The brand name was Champion .

Company history

The Benteler International AG of Bielefeld and Hermann Holbein vehicle from Mr. Lingen founded this company in July 1950th The production facility was located on a former military airfield in the Mönkeloh district of Paderborn. Production ended in October 1952. The Rheinische Automobil-Fabrik, Hennhöfer & Co. from Ludwigshafen am Rhein took over the production facilities.

Models

The previous roadster models Champion 250 and Champion 250 S continued to be produced until March 1951. In February 1951 the Champion 400 convertible sedan was added.
